All dates are reserved on a “first come-first served” basis with “historical” events given priority if a conflict arises over dates. An organization that has established an annual event at CMEC, and maximizes facility use and public participation and is in good standing, will be given first preference to schedule that date for the following calendar year

Once you have chosen a date for your event, please complete Form J – CMEC Reservation Form and return it to 501 Soldiers Colony Road address. Your request will be reviewed to determine room and date availability.

Tenants are required to pay a security deposit and complete a Facility Use Agreement BEFORE their date can be confirmed.

Arenas, horse stalls, buildings, grounds, RV campsites, or any combination, must be scheduled through the Events Coordinator –
